How we do it

We know about new technologies and recognise how useful they are, but we still feel that nothing beats the personal, face-to-face relationship. We enjoy sitting down with our clients to work together on each project. Our aim is to achieve maximum involvement with their objectives and their results. Every project and every client is different, but we apply a methodology to our work that can be divided into six stages:

  1. Diagnosis, analysing the situation and detecting needs.
  2. Defining the brief and designing the strategy.
  3. Designing the project and economic proposal.
  4. Defining the action plan and calendar.
  5. Developing and executing the project.
  6. Monitoring and assessing the results.

To make communication with the client company smoother and to ensure optimum coordination between the team involved, each client has its own dedicated laBeca liaison manager.
